Beta Program Terms

StickBuilt is currently offered as a private beta. These Beta Program Terms supplement our Terms of Service and control where they differ, for as long as your access is designated as beta access.

Beta access is free and granted at our discretion, by invitation. We may modify, limit, suspend, or end any beta account or the beta program itself at any time, without notice or liability. Free beta access is temporary and does not entitle you to free access to any future paid version.

The Service is under active development during the beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; outputs may be less accurate than in a final release; usage limits may change; and data associated with your account (including generated reports) may be modified, reset, or deleted as part of development. Keep your own copies of anything important.

A purpose of the beta is learning from you. You grant us the right to use feedback, usage patterns, and suggestions from your participation to improve the Service, without restriction or compensation.

The cautions in our Terms of Service about estimates and professional advice apply with extra force during the beta: outputs are provisional, and you must not make investment decisions in reliance on them.

We don't require an NDA, but we ask that you not publicly benchmark, review, or characterize the Service's accuracy while it is in beta without talking to us first.
